Rohit Pagarani has extensive work experience in the field of corporate finance and advisory. Rohit is currently serving as Vice President - Corporate Finance at Al Ramz PJSC, where they lead projects related to M&A, private placements, IPOs, fund raising, valuations, and feasibility studies. Prior to this, they held the position of Assistant Vice President - Corporate Finance at the same company.

At PwC, Rohit was involved in analyzing trial balance extracts, planning audits, assessing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with fiscal, corporate, and accounting standards.

Rohit Pagarani has a diverse education history. Rohit completed their CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) from GEMS Education in 2010. Rohit then pursued their ISC (Indian School Certificate) at Barnes School, Deolali from 2010 to 2012 with a focus on Business/Commerce. Continuing their interest in accounting and finance, Rohit studied at H.R. College of Commerce & Economics from 2012 to 2015 and obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree. Rohit further enhanced their qualifications by completing a Chartered Accountant program from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 2012 and 2017. To deepen their knowledge in finance and financial management, Rohit obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute from 2015 to 2017.
