Rohit Pagarani

Rohit Pagarani has extensive work experience in the field of corporate finance and advisory. Rohit is currently serving as Vice President - Corporate Finance at Al Ramz PJSC, where they lead projects related to M&A, private placements, IPOs, fund raising, valuations, and feasibility studies. Prior to this, they held the position of Assistant Vice President - Corporate Finance at the same company.

Before joining Al Ramz PJSC, Rohit worked at Al-Futtaim as a Manager - Corporate Finance and Assistant Manager - Retail Treasury. At Al-Futtaim, they performed financial modeling, business valuations, and return analysis for various sectors, and supported the FP&A team in cash flow forecasting. Rohit also ensured adequate liquidity at the retail division.

Rohit gained valuable experience at KPMG Kuwait as a Senior Associate and Associate in the Deals Advisory department. Rohit'sresponsibilities included valuation analysis of companies operating in the financial, manufacturing, and real estate domains using different methodologies such as DCF, Multiples, NAV, and DDM.

Rohit started their career as a Financial Analyst at Century Financial before moving on to PwC, where they worked as an Article Trainee. At PwC, Rohit was involved in analyzing trial balance extracts, planning audits, assessing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with fiscal, corporate, and accounting standards.

Overall, Rohit Pagarani has a strong background in corporate finance, valuations, and advisory, with experience in various industries and a focus on M&A, financial modeling, and cash flow analysis.

Rohit Pagarani has a diverse education history. Rohit completed their CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) from GEMS Education in 2010. Rohit then pursued their ISC (Indian School Certificate) at Barnes School, Deolali from 2010 to 2012 with a focus on Business/Commerce. Continuing their interest in accounting and finance, Rohit studied at H.R. College of Commerce & Economics from 2012 to 2015 and obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree. Rohit further enhanced their qualifications by completing a Chartered Accountant program from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 2012 and 2017. To deepen their knowledge in finance and financial management, Rohit obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute from 2015 to 2017.
