Chris Becker

Chris Becker has over 15 years of experience in educational program development and community outreach, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Field Operations for the Alabama Cooperative Extension System since December 2008. In this role, responsibilities include public speaking, community development, and adult education, along with a focus on the Limestone County Extension Coordinator position, which emphasizes economic development and 4-H program support. Prior to this, Chris Becker worked as an Environmental Scientist at QORE Property Sciences, conducting environmental assessments and monitoring. Academically, Chris Becker holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Education from Auburn University and a Bachelor's degree in Plant and Soil Science (Horticulture) from Alabama A&M University.
