Director of Culture and Engagement at Alabama Outdoors

Christopher Renda has a diverse work experience in various industries. Christopher started their career in 2011 at American Discount Medical as a Staff/Courier, where they worked until 2018. In 2012, they also worked at Kohl's as a Customer Service Associate until 2016.

In 2014, Christopher joined Alabama Outdoors as an Assistant Manager, Key-holder, & Sales Associate, where they were responsible for inventory management and overseeing sales staff until 2017. Christopher was then promoted to Store Manager, where their responsibilities expanded to include conducting interviews, training, and motivating the team until 2019. Christopher also served as the Manager of Leadership and Development, creating a training program and producing a video training series during this time. From 2020 until the present, they have been the Director of Culture and Engagement, overseeing staff development, implementing training processes, and creating policies and programs for various departments.

In 2015, Christopher had a role as a Vineyard Operations Intern at Morgan Creek Vineyards, where they assisted with field operations and muscadine production.

Overall, Christopher has demonstrated their ability to handle various roles and responsibilities in different organizations, focusing on management, training, customer service, and operations.

Christopher Renda pursued their education from 2012 to 2016 at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Christopher obtained a Bachelor's degree with a major in Business Management and a minor in International Business.
