James Rutledge

James Rutledge has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. James started their career in 2002 as a 1st Engineer at Cal Dive International, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined Swiber Holdings Limited as a Chief Engineer and later moved to Ranger Offshore, Inc. in 2017, where they held the same position. In 2020, they returned to Alabama Shipyard LLC as a Chief Engineer before transitioning to the role of Maintenance Manager at Heavy Metal Recycling in 2021. Currently, they are working as the Chief Engineer at Alabama Shipyard LLC since 2022.
