James Baker

James Baker is the current owner of Custom Brass Instrument Service in central Alabama. With extensive experience in manufacturing, repair, and custom modification of all brass wind instruments, James also plays as a Third Horn at LaGrange Symphony Orchestra and works as a substitute horn at Alabama Symphony Orchestra and Columbus Symphony Orchestra. Additionally, James has experience as a freelance French Horn musician and private instructor. James previously worked in research and design at S. E. Shires Co. and has a Master's degree in Performance from Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
