Dan Dooley has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Executive Chef for both Elior Group and Aladdin Campus Dining since November 2023. Prior to these roles, Dan held the position of Chef Manager at AVI Foodsystems from January 2023 to November 2023 and spent five years as Executive Chef at Compass Group USA from November 2018 to November 2023. Dan's career in culinary leadership includes prior roles as Executive Chef at AVI Foodsystems, Parkhurst Dining Services, and Penn Brewery, among others, culminating in a wealth of expertise that began with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Westmoreland County Community College.
