Michael Miller currently serves as the District Manager for Aladdin Campus Dining, overseeing operations for 10 Education segment accounts across Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas while preparing budgets for the fiscal year 2025. Previously, Michael held the position of General Manager at PRG Restaurant Group, where responsibilities included sales forecasts, budgeting, and employee onboarding at Rodney Scott's BBQ. From June 2019 to May 2023, Michael worked as General Manager at Walk-On's Bistreaux & Bar, managing operations and financial performance for two restaurant locations. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as Multi Unit Director of Operations for Gridiron Restaurant Group, managing five locations in East/Northeast Alabama, and as Food Service Director for Compass Group North America at Regions Bank Operations Center. Additionally, Michael was Plant Manager/Production Manager at Chef's Specialties, where oversight of daily operations and compliance with SQF regulations was key. Michael is an alumnus of Broward College.
