Revonda Johnson has had extensive experience in the education sector, holding senior leadership positions in various school systems. Revonda began their career in 2004 as a Principal in Guilford County Schools, where they served until 2010. Revonda then joined Peoria Public Schools District 150 as an Instructional Improvement Officer until 2016. Following that, they worked at Indianapolis Public Schools from 2016 to 2017 as the Director of Principal Development and later as an Academic Improvement Officer. Since 2018, Revonda Johnson has been working as the Chief Secondary Officer at the Alamance-Burlington School System.
Revonda Johnson received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Elementary and Middle School Education & High School Social Studies from Elon University. Revonda later obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Secondary School Administration/Principalship from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
