Wen Xue has a diverse range of work experience in the biotechnology and healthcare industries. They most recently worked as an Associate Scientist II at Alamar Biosciences, Inc. starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Associate Scientist at the same company from October 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Alamar Biosciences, Inc., Wen Xue worked as a Project Manager at Synbio Technologies from March 2021 to September 2021. They also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at Complete Genomics Inc. from June 2018 to September 2020. In this role, they were responsible for generating genomics DNA libraries for sequencing and optimizing the library process. They also performed tissue culture and designed modified DNA/RNA complexes to prevent transposon overinsertion.
