Greg Cluster has a diverse work experience in various educational and leadership roles. Greg started their career as a Teacher in multiple subjects at MetWest, Mission Hill School, and Summer Bridge from 2000 to 2008. Greg then worked at MetWest High School as the Learning Through Internship Coordinator and School Designer/Builder/Leader from 2003 to 2016. Greg joined Oakland Unified School District in 2016, serving as the Work Based Learning Coordinator until 2022, and later as a Consultant for Work Based Learning / Equitable Youth Internship Systems until 2023.
