Gustavo Mora

Gustavo Mora has been a member of the Alameda County Sheriff's Office since January 2003, currently serving as a Lieutenant with responsibilities in Planning & Research and CALEA Accreditation. Over the years, Gustavo has held various roles, including Detective Sergeant at the Alameda County Narcotics Task Force, Homicide Detective focusing on serious crimes, Narcotics/Vice Detective, and Deputy Sheriff in multiple capacities. Prior experience includes serving as a Corrections Officer at the Santa Clara County Office of the Sheriff. Gustavo is pursuing a Master's in Public Safety from the University of Virginia and has obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, along with other leadership training in law enforcement.
