Christina Tabet

Christina Tabet has extensive work experience in the field of Lean principles and continuous improvement. Christina worked at Alameda Health System from 2013 as a KPO Specialist/Instructor, where they supported and led the implementation of Lean principles and initiatives. Christina mentored Lean Certification Candidates and developed and implemented the Alameda Health System toolkit.

Prior to that, Christina worked at Baxter International, Inc from 1990 to 2013. Christina held various roles, including Operational Excellence Manager where they led plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives and mentored Green Belt Candidates. Christina also served as a Manufacturing Manager, where they managed a staff of 18 and ensured adherence to manufacturing practices and guidelines.
