Mario Jimenez

Mario Jimenez has been working in the field of information technology for over a decade. Mario started their career as a Desktop Technician at Pomeroy in September 2009 and worked there until February 2010. Mario then joined Allscripts as a Helpdesk Technician II in February 2010 and stayed with the company until April 2014.

After that, Mario joined El Camino Hospital in April 2014 and held various roles throughout their tenure. Mario started as a Desktop Technician II and assisted staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software. Mario also collaborated with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems and worked with the Help Desk and Network Operations staff to address client issues. Mario stayed in this role until January 2017 when they were promoted to Desktop Technician III. In this position, they continued to provide technical support and contribute to the maintenance of the client-server environment until August 2022.

In August 2022, Mario Jimenez joined Alameda Health System as a Sr Security Architect.

Mario Jimenez attended De Anza College but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study. Additionally, in April 2019, they obtained certification as a OneSign: Certified Administrator from Imprivata.
