Vanna Bong

Vanna Bong has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and customer service industries. Vanna began their career as a Medical Billing Support Clerk at the Chinese Community Health Care Association in 2016, where they assisted with posting payments and contacting insurance companies. In 2017, they worked as a Practice Coordinator at UCSF Medical Center, where they received training in HIPAA policies and managed patient records. Vanna then transitioned to a role as a Sales Manager at Quick Communications Inc in 2008, where they provided customer service and supervised store operations. From 2018 to 2021, Vanna worked at AAA Insurance as a Member Service Experience representative, demonstrating strong sales and communication skills. Vanna gained experience in HR as an HR Service Center Analyst II (Contract) at Kaiser Permanente from 2020 to 2021, handling personnel requests and ensuring compliance with regulations. Vanna returned to Kaiser Permanente in 2022 as a Medical Assistant, assisting with various departments. Most recently, they joined Alameda Health System in 2023 as a Medical Assistant. Vanna has demonstrated a commitment to patient care, customer service, and maintaining confidentiality throughout their work experience.

Vanna Bong attended Carrington College California-San Leandro in 2022, where they focused on Medical/Clinical Assistant studies. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2016.
