Anna Kuwamura

Anna Kuwamura is an experienced talent acquisition leader with extensive expertise in human resources management across various organizations. Since February 2016, Anna has served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Alamo Colleges District, where responsibilities include optimizing staffing planning and implementing effective recruitment strategies. Prior to this role, Anna worked at GlobalSCAPE, Inc. as a Recruiting and Resource Development Manager and previously as a Human Resources Generalist, focusing on the recruitment process and employee communication. Anna's career began at USAA, where various roles led to the development of HR consultation skills for a large IT division. Anna holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Arts-Journalism from St. Mary's University.
