Catherine Rochette

Catherine Rochette is currently an Adjointe RH specializing in employee services at Alan Allman Associates since April 2024. Previously, Catherine served as an Administrative Specialist at Coupal Chauvelot and held the position of Executive Assistant at magicplan, alongside experience in yoga instruction at Organik and Naada Yoga Family. Additional roles include Assistant Director at Margie Gillis Dance Foundation, focusing on web community management and graphic design, and hospitality positions at Café Parvis and Loews Hotels. Catherine obtained a bachelor's degree in communication from Université du Québec à Montréal and a bachelor's in international studies and modern languages from Université Laval, complemented by extensive yoga teacher training.
