Neil Peruffo

Neil Peruffo has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on process integration, characterization, and outsourcing. Neil currently holds the position of Vice President & General Manager - Fab 10 at GLOBALFOUNDRIES since October 2018. Prior to this role, they served as a Vice President at GlobalFoundries from 2015 to 2017 and at IBM from 2013 to 2015, where they were responsible for product introduction and yield engineering. Neil also held various director positions at IBM from 2007 to 2013, overseeing the development and production of various technologies.

Neil Peruffo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1985. Neil then pursued a Masters degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the same institution, completing it in 1988.
