Ryan Daly

Ryan Daly is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and customer experience across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Alan Health since October 2024, Ryan previously held the same title at SimplyInsured, where efforts focused on transforming health insurance purchasing for small businesses through an online platform. Earlier roles include SVP of Customer Experience & Operations at quip., where significant contributions were made in project management and sales infrastructure, and VP of Customer Experience at SoulCycle. Ryan's career also features leadership positions at Jet and Google, along with military service as a Captain in the US Army, achieving operational excellence in challenging environments. Ryan holds an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School and a BS in International and Strategic History/Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
