Shivdeep Krishna

Shivdeep K. has extensive work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Shivdeep is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Alana, starting in September 2021. Prior to this, from August 2018 to April 2021, they worked as a Technical Architect at AiX. Shivdeep's professional journey also includes a significant tenure at Ford Motor Company, where they started as a Team Lead in June 2005 and served until August 2018, initially as a Senior Consultant from February 2013 to August 2018. Before joining Ford, they worked as a Technical Lead at HCL Technologies from March 2004 to June 2005. Their career began at Assyst in April 1999, where they worked as a Software Engineer and Technical Lead until December 2003.

Shivdeep K. completed a B.Sc degree in Physics from the University of Madras from 1995 to 1998. In 2011, Shivdeep obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance. Additionally, Shivdeep completed a Master's degree in HRM from Pondicherry University, Puducherry from 1999 to 2001.
