Bora Baysal

Bora Baysal has had an extensive and diverse work experience. Bora began their career as a Finance Manager at Anadolu Group in 1992. Bora then moved on to Turkcell-GSM Kazakhstan and served as the Chief Financial Officer for six years. From there, Bora became the Chief Executive Officer at UCELL. Bora then joined Sarten Ambalaj San. ve Tic. A.Ş. as the Chief Financial Officer & Executive Committee Member. In 2015, they joined Yıldızlar Yatırım Holding as the Group Chief Financial Officer. Bora later worked at BKP Research&Consulting as a Consultant before joining Alapala, where they held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer and was later promoted to the role of Group CFO & General Secretary of the BoD.

Bora Baysal obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended Austrian High School from 1984 to 1988, focusing on Accounting and Finance.
