Yasser Alharbi has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Yasser started their career as a senior personnel officer at Alkhorayef Commercial Company in 2015, where they were responsible for tasks such as disciplinary warnings, employee training, and payroll management. Yasser then joined TAHAKOM Group as a human capital service supervisor in 2016. In this role, they supervised the human resources department and contributed to the development of human capital strategies. In 2018, Yasser became an HR manager at Alduhyan Group companies, where they restructured multiple companies and implemented HR and administration policies. Currently, they are working as an HR and share services manager at Alaqtar Real Estate Development Company, starting in 2021.

Yasser Alharbi completed their Bachelor's degree in Education (BEd) with a focus on Management Information Systems, General from Yanbu University College in 2014. Yasser obtained additional certifications in various areas, including Human Resource Management, Organization Design, Performance Management, Strategic Human Resources, Foundations of Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Job Structure and Design, Performance-Based Hiring, labour law, General Organization for Social Insurance, Management Information System, and SAP ERP, from different institutions such as LEORON Institute, LinkedIn, and Adel Legal Training Centre. The certifications were obtained between 2014 and 2022.
