Parker Swanson has a diverse work experience in the technology and retail sectors. In 2009, Swanson began working as an Operations Senior at Best Buy, where they oversaw front-end operations and drove performance metrics. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Product Process Supervisor at Best Buy's Magnolia Audio Video division, where they supported customers and field employees. Swanson joined Alarm.com in 2014, starting as a Technical Support Operations Associate and later moving on to become a Sr. Technical Account Executive. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Team Lead in the Technical Account Management department at Alarm.com.
