Louis Giess

Louis Giess has a work experience that spans over several years and includes various roles. Louis is currently working at Alasco since 2019. Louis started as a Business Development employee in November 2019 and transitioned to an Account Executive position in December 2020. From March 2021 to August 2021, they served as a Team Lead in Sales Development. Louis then became the Head of Sales Development from August 2021 to February 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Sales since February 2022.

Prior to their employment at Alasco, Louis worked at caroobi from March 2017 to September 2018. Louis was responsible for Sales & Marketing during this time. Louis also held the role of Partner Management between September 2018 and January 2019.

Louis Giess started their professional career with an internship at Frahm Sporting in June 2010. This marked the beginning of their work experience journey.

From 2003 to 2012, they attended Nellenburg-Gymnasium Stockach and obtained their Abitur, a German high school diploma.

Starting in 2012, they attended The University of Freiburg, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Volkswirtschaftslehre (economics). Louis completed their bachelor's degree in 2016.

In 2014 and 2015, Louis Giess also studied at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), focusing on VWL (Volkswirtschaftslehre) and BWL (Betriebswirtschaftslehre) disciplines.

In 2016, they continued their education at Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in BWL/Business Economics. Louis completed this program in 2019.

Additionally, in 2017, Louis Giess briefly studied at Université Côte d'Azur, specializing in BWL (Betriebswirtschaftslehre).

In November 2020, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance and Ag.
