Codie Costello is an experienced arts and development professional currently serving as General Manager at Broadway Alaska since March 2022 and as President & COO at the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts since August 2018. Previous roles include Vice President of Strategic Development & Communications at the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts, Hospital Development Program Manager at LifeCenter Northwest, and Director of Business Development at Spawn Ideas, Inc., where management of significant accounts such as the Alaska Railroad and Alyeska Pipeline Service Company was undertaken. Costello’s extensive experience also includes positions like Executive Director of the Alaska Dance Theatre and Director of Development at the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts, alongside marketing and audience services roles at various theatre companies. Academic qualifications encompass a CEP in Coaching and Facilitating from Coach U, Inc., an MFA in Directing from The New School, and a BA in Theatre/Theatre Management from San Jose State University.
