Gregory Rochon

Director, Administrative Services at Alaska Housing Finance Corporation

Greg has worked for Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) in several capacities, starting as contract compliance officer for the administrative services department in 2010. He currently serves as director of administrative services managing corporate policies and procedures with respect to procurement, asset and inventory control, record retention, risk management and administrative support functions.

Greg has over 17 years of experience in program management, contract administration and project management. Prior to his role at AHFC, he worked for the North Slope Borough, Arctic Slope Consulting Group, and for the Municipality of Anchorage. Greg has extensive knowledge of arctic construction administering multimillion dollar contracts on the North Slope and was contract administrator for the Dena’ina Civic and Convention Center and Egan Center remodel.

Greg grew up in Barrow, Alaska and has lived in Anchorage since 2004. He enjoys fishing, camping, hunting and spending time with his four grandchildren.
