Neisha Jones

Neisha Jones is an experienced Director of People and Culture at the Alaska SeaLife Center, serving as an executive leader in all human resources, diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion functions. With a background in Talent Strategy Consulting and Human Resources management, Neisha has advised various organizations on HR activities, compliance with laws and regulations, and staff development. Neisha has a Master's degree in Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
