Cleo Haynal

Cleo Haynal serves as the Senior Director of Customer Strategy and Operations at Alation since February 2021, overseeing Partner Success, Customer Solutions PMO, and the product roadmap for the Data Culture Maturity Model and Data Value Platform. Prior to this role, Cleo was with the McChrystal Group from September 2013 to February 2021, where responsibilities included developing leadership development programs as a Partner and managing significant consulting projects as a Director of Product Development and Principal Consultant. Additional experiences include roles as a Research Analyst at the International Center for Political Violence and Terrorism Research and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Monterey Institute of International Studies. Cleo's educational background includes a Master's degree in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies from the Middlebury Institute, a Certificate in Paradox and Polarities from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
