Donna J. Bridge

Donna J. Bridge, PhD, is a seasoned UX researcher currently serving as the Sr Lead UX Researcher at Alation, where innovative user research has significantly influenced company strategy and product development since May 2021. Holding previous roles as Lead UX Researcher and Senior UX Researcher at Alation, Bridge has successfully established comprehensive research programs, collaborated cross-functionally, and advocated for design thinking principles. Prior experience includes a Senior Design Researcher role at Target, where data-driven design strategies were implemented, and an academic background as a Research Assistant Professor at Northwestern University, where Bridge led a research team and secured substantial NIH funding. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Northwestern University and a B.A. in Psychology and Women’s Studies from Syracuse University.
