Lucas Gatling

Lucas Gatling is a seasoned Senior Technical Support Engineer at Qlik since February 2021, with extensive experience in technical support and application engineering. Prior to this, Lucas held various roles including Sr. App Engineer/Team Lead at NEC Corporation of America and Technical Support Engineer at Qlik. Lucas has a strong background in resolving complex technical issues, providing documentation, and leading support teams, with previous positions as Technical Support Analyst, Apps Systems Engineer, Application Specialist, EDI Analyst, and Data Analyst. Lucas holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems with a focus on Database Design & Analytics from DePaul University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Management with an Information Systems concentration from North Carolina State University. Additionally, Lucas serves as Assistant JV Boys Basketball coach at Northern Durham High School.
