Paulina Rugg

Paulina Rugg is an accomplished marketing and events professional with extensive experience in managing live, hybrid, and virtual events. As the Director of Event Marketing at Health Gorilla since January 2022, Paulina has advanced through roles including Senior Event Marketing Manager and Manager of Event Marketing. Prior experience includes serving as a Marketing and Events Professional at Anda, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed overseeing logistics and finances for numerous events and partnering with C-suite stakeholders. Additionally, Paulina executed over 75 trade shows annually and organized significant customer and vendor events. Previous roles include Event Manager at Spectra by Comcast Spectacor, where corporate events for Fortune 500 companies were led, and a Front Desk Agent at Hyatt Regency, recognized for exceptional customer service. Paulina began a career in event planning as an intern at the Mexico Tourism Board, following the completion of a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University.
