Hardeep Singh

Hardeep Singh is an experienced associate product manager at AlayaCare, overseeing two Agile teams across Canada and Australia/Fiji since September 2019. Responsibilities include managing product development cycles, facilitating sprint planning, and addressing critical escalations. Prior to AlayaCare, Hardeep served as a business analyst and business intelligence specialist at EncoreFX, where data reporting needs were prioritized and improved. Earlier experience includes roles as a module lead and senior software engineer at John Deere, where Hardeep led teams in Agile methodologies, as well as various engineering and analyst positions at RBS, InterGlobe Technologies, and 3i Infotech. Hardeep holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
