Matthew Grotke

Matthew Grotke has extensive work experience in the software development field. Matthew currently holds the position of Principal Developer at AlayaCare, where they began their role in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Staff Developer at the same company from November 2021 to December 2022. Matthew previously served as the Chief Technology Officer at Delta Health Technologies from January 2018 to October 2020. Matthew also held the position of Director of Product Development at Salo Solutions from December 2016 to December 2017. Before that, they were the Owner of Cambria Agile Solutions from September 2015 to December 2016. Matthew's career started in 1990 when they worked as a Programmer at JPMA until September 1991. Matthew then returned to JPMA in November 1994 and worked as a Programmer until April 1995. From May 1995 to March 1996, they were a Programmer at Antalys -> Aurum -> Baan. Matthew's experience also includes roles at MEPS as a Lead Software Development Engineer from October 2008 to October 2015, as well as at Microsoft as a Senior Software Development Engineer from September 2005 to October 2008. Matthew began their career at Avanade as a Senior Solution Developer from September 2003 to September 2005.
