May Yeung has extensive work experience in various customer support and management roles. May is currently employed as the Director of Customer Experience at AlayaCare, starting in November 2023. Prior to this, they held positions such as the Global Head of Support at Education Horizons from March 2022 to November 2023 and the Head of Support from May 2021 to April 2022. May also served as the Service Centre Manager at Equipsuper & Catholic Super from September 2020 to May 2021. Before that, they worked at MYOB as the Partner Support Team Lead from April 2018 to September 2020 and the Service and Support Team Lead from November 2017 to April 2018. May held the role of Senior Team Lead at Link Group (LNK) from August 2011 to November 2017 and started their career as a Graduate Consultant at the Department of Education, Employment, and Workplace Relations from January 2010 to June 2011.

May Yeung has a degree in Commerce with a field of study in Economics from Monash University.
