Dale O'Shea

Dale O'Shea is a business development professional with over eight years of experience in various industries. Dale is currently the BDR TL at Albacross.

Dale began their career in sales, working as a sales executive for O2 (Telefónica UK) from 2013 to 2014. Dale then transitioned into business development, taking on the role of Business Development Representative for Vitality UK from 2014 to 2015. Dale then moved to Australia to work for Make It Cheaper Australia as a Sales Development Representative from 2015 to 2017.

After returning to the UK, Dale took on the role of Manager, Revenue Development for WeTal from 2020 to 2021. Dale then joined Albacross as a BDR TL in 2021.

Dale O'Shea has completed an Advanced Apprenticeship for IT and Telecoms Professionals, and is currently working as a Telecommunications Systems Engineer. Dale has also attended All Saints College, and holds certifications from the Pavilion in Frontline Sales Manager School, the MEDDIC Academy in Advanced MEDDPICC course, and Active IQ in Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training.
