Susan Ford

Susan Ford has over two decades of experience in the field of communications, primarily within Albany Medical Center, where the current role is Director of Communications, a position held since July 2003. Previously, Susan has served as Manager of Media Relations and Senior Public Relations Specialist at the same institution. Prior to this, Susan held positions as a PR Specialist in the Center for Donation and Transplant and as Physician Referral Coordinator at Albany Medical Center from 1999 to 2003. Susan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Communications from The College of Saint Rose, graduating in 1998.
