María José Pérez Cavas

Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in business management and nutrition. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. As a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019 and a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, Mariana taught courses in applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
