Mathias Westphal Gonçalves

Mathias Westphal Gonçalves is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain C&F NA at Albéa Group, Mathias has previously held multiple senior positions at BD, including Operations Director and Sr. Operations Plant Manager. Additional roles include Engineering & Development Manager and Process and Project Control Manager at Albéa Group and Alcan, respectively. Mathias has also contributed to academia as a Technical Consultant and Professor at UNISOCIESC. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA in Strategic Business Management from ISAE and a Master's Degree in Materials Engineering (Polymers) from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
