Mike Culp

Mike Culp has had a long career in information technology. Mike started in 1990 at User Technology Associates and then moved on to Wheat First Union in 1994. In 1999, they joined Wachovia Securities as an IT Senior VP. In 2002, they became the Director of the Information Technology Department at the County of Albemarle, Virginia, a position they held for almost 19 years until May 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Director of the Broadband Accessibility and Affordability Office for Albemarle County.

Mike Culp attended the University of Virginia from 1978 to 1982, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater.
