Brooke Grindle

Brooke Grindle currently serves as the Vice President of External Affairs (Specialties) at Albemarle Corporation since February 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Wells Fargo from January 2017 to March 2022, where Grindle held multiple senior vice president roles focusing on advisor and client experience, shared services leadership, and strategic planning within Wealth & Investment Management. Prior to Wells Fargo, Grindle worked at Citibank as a Government Affairs Advisor for the Asia Pacific region and served as an advisor in the Office of the Secretary of Defense for the UK Ministry of Defence. Grindle’s earlier career includes analytical and consulting roles at the U.S. Department of Defense, the Joint Staff, and Systems Planning and Analysis, as well as a finance position at GE Capital. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Washington and Lee University and a Master's degree in Security Studies from Georgetown University.
