Cary Heninger has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Cary began their career as an Analytical Chemist at Howard Analytical Laboratory from 1986 to 1988. Cary then joined Kimberly-Clark in 1990, where they held various positions including Financial Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Director of Career Development & Recruiting - North America, Business Analysis Team Leader, Strategic Business Analysis Director, Chief Of Staff - Finance Organization, Global Finance Continuous Improvement Deployment Director, and Director of Shared Services - Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA). In these roles, they were responsible for a range of financial management and strategic planning activities. In 2017, Cary joined Covance as the Director of Global Solutions. Since 2018, they have been working at Albemarle Corporation, initially as the Vice President, Global Business Services, and currently as the Vice President, Business Transformation, leading large-scale enterprise transformations aligned with the corporation's strategic plans.

Cary Heninger obtained a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University in 2013. Cary completed their MBA with a focus on Finance at Georgia State University between 1988 and 1990. Prior to that, Cary pursued a Dual Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Biology from Wright State University during the period of 1981 to 1986.
