Chad Melton

Chad Melton has a diverse work experience in IT project management and consultancy. Chad most recently held the role of Senior Director IT Governance & PMO at Albemarle Corporation since March 2021. Prior to that, they served as Senior Director IT PMO and IT PMO Director at the same company. Before joining Albemarle, Chad was the Owner of EBL Solutions LLC. Chad also worked as a Senior Consultant at Sparkhound and as the Director of Client Services at CRIF Lending Solutions. Chad began their career as a Software Development Project Manager at Turner Industries Group and later worked as a Software Developer at The Shaw Group.

Chad Melton obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2002. Later, they completed a Project Management Certification Program at Louisiana State University in 2011, specializing in Business Project Management.
