Matthew Matheson

Matthew Matheson is an experienced professional in the field of golf operations and business development. Currently serving as an Operations Representative at Alberta Pensions Services Corporation since July 2019, Matthew also works as a Business Development Specialist at Wildfire Innovations Inc, focusing on innovative wildfire-fighting technologies. Previously, Matthew operated a personal golf website and held various leadership roles in golf operations, including Head Golf Professional at Trestle Creek Golf Resort and Golden Golf, as well as Commissioner for the Vancouver Island Professional Tour. Matthew is a PGA of Canada golf professional with a solid background in coaching and golf instruction, having started as an Assistant Professional at Morningstar Golf Course. Academic credentials include a degree in Professional Golf Club Management from Holland College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University.
