Alexandra McLean (Turecek) serves as Legal Counsel at the Alberta Securities Commission since June 2022, previously holding associate positions at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP and Bennett Jones from March 2021 to April 2022 and June 2018 to March 2021, respectively. Earlier experience includes roles as a Student at Law and Summer Law Student at Bennett Jones LLP in 2016, and stakeholder relations positions at Talisman Energy from September 2011 to April 2015. Alexandra's career began with a role as a Policy Analyst at the Ministry of Environment, Government of Alberta. Alexandra holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Calgary, along with studies at the University of Waikato and the University of Copenhagen.
