Solomon Ngoladi

Solomon Ngoladi currently serves as an Officer in the Office of the Whistleblower at the Alberta Securities Commission since March 2023. Previously, Solomon held the position of Enforcement and Cooperation Advisor at the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) from May 2018 to December 2022, and served as Enforcement Counsel at the Securities and Exchange Commission in Nigeria from December 2011 to December 2022. Additional experience includes a fellowship in Capital Markets Law at UNIDROIT in 2016, and roles as an Associate at Akinlolu Kehinde & Co. and Daniel E. Osiagor & Associates between 2008 and 2011. Solomon holds a Master of Laws in International Business Law from the Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship, a Bachelor of Laws from Abia State University, and a Bachelor of Law from the Nigerian Law School.
