Mouli Sivam

Mouli Sivam is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in data products and personalization technologies. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Data Products at Albertsons Companies since June 2022, Mouli previously held multiple senior engineering roles at SEPHORA from 2013 to 2022, where contributions included leading the architecture and implementation of marketing initiatives and building a multi-channel campaign management platform. Prior experience includes positions at lululemon athletica, Sephora USA Inc, SAP Labs, Mindtree, and NIIT Technologies, covering various aspects of software engineering, CRM customization, and mobile eCommerce integration. Mouli holds a BTech degree in Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (1999-2003).
