Vicki L. Baker Mba

Vicki L. Baker, MBA, MS, PhD, SHRM-CP, serves as the Associate Dean for Strategic Partnerships & Innovation at Albion College, where a significant project funded by the National Science Foundation focuses on building regional innovation partnerships to enhance workforce development. As the E. Maynard Aris Endowed Professor in Economics and Management and Co-Founder of Lead Mentor Develop, LLC, Vicki specializes in leadership development and organizational consulting. Vicki has also held instructional positions at Penn State World Campus, Michigan State University, and Spring Arbor University. Vicki's academic credentials include a PhD in Higher Education Administration and an MS in Management & Organizations from Penn State University, along with an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Safety Sciences from PennWest Clarion and Indiana University of Pennsylvania, respectively. Vicki maintains professional development through certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management and Villanova University.
