Carmen Rivera-Laboy

Carmen Rivera-Laboy has extensive experience in higher education and management, currently serving as Dean of Students Affairs and Compliance Officer at Carlos Albizu University since May 2013, overseeing admissions, financial aid, and counseling departments. In addition, Carmen holds the position of Vice President of Development and Education at RA Educational Consulting Services, where responsibilities include enhancing revenue opportunities and compliance projects across various educational institutions. Previously, Carmen served as VP of Students Affairs at Mech Tech College, supervising multiple key offices, and managed a significant student loan market for Wachovia Education Finance in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic from 2000 to 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
