Rebecca Jhonston

Rebecca Johnston has a solid background in human resources and executive management. Rebecca started their career as an HR Advisor at the City of Wodonga in 2008 and then moved on to become an HR Manager at North East Water in 2010. At North East Water, they worked in various roles, including Executive Customer & Culture and Executive Planning & Infrastructure. In 2023, they joined Albury Wodonga Health as the Executive Director of People & Culture.

Rebecca Jhonston has a post-graduate degree in Strategic HR Management from Charles Sturt University, with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services. Rebecca also holds a post-graduate degree in Change Management from the same university. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies from the University of Cambridge in 2021.
