Roman Sadowski

Roman Sadowski has a diverse work experience in the marketing and communications field. Roman began their career as an Account Manager at ComPress in 1997 before moving on to Alcatel-Lucent in 1998. At Alcatel-Lucent, Roman held various roles, including Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing for the CIS, Central, and South-East Europe regions. In 2013, they joined Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and took on positions such as Senior Marketing Manager for the CIS, Central, and South-East Europe, and Regional Demand Generation Manager for various regions in Europe. In 2016, they became the Senior Manager of Global Marketing Operations, where they orchestrated marketing operations to enhance sales results. In 2023, Roman became the Head of Lead Generation & Marketing Operations at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise.

Roman Sadowski completed their Bachelor's degree in Organic Chemistry from Warsaw University of Technology. Roman then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Organic Chemistry, also from Warsaw University of Technology, from 1987 to 1994.
