Chad Hickman

Chad Hickman has over 25 years of work experience in the field of mechanical engineering. Chad began their career in 1995 as a Mechanical Design Engineer, Mechanical Test Engineer, and Mechanical Designer at Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies. In 2003, they joined Stanley Security Solutions as a Mechanical Engineering Manager and Mechanical Design Engineer. In 2010, they moved to Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as a Senior Project Engineer. In 2016, they became Director of Mechanical Engineering at EyeLock. In 2020, they were appointed Chief Mechanical Engineer at dormakaba Americas. Most recently, in 2021, they were promoted to Senior Director of Mechanical Engineering at Alcatraz.

Chad Hickman attended Indiana State University from 1992 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Technology.
